Meditation Classes

Join us for a weekly meditation classes at the Maiden Gully Community Hall next to the Post Office.

Friday evening classes at 7pm available.

Classes will run each week throughout the school term. 

Bring to your week a beautiful act of self care and join one of our weekly meditation classes.

There will be different themes each week that will support you developing your own meditation practice.

Through these weekly Meditations you will discover how to:

- Quieten your mind

- Relax your body

- De-stress

- Get in touch with your inner strengths

- Feel more confident within yourself

- Relieve feelings of stress and anxiety

- Feel more calm and peaceful

- Create a great connection to yourself.

These classes are open to all level of meditation experience and for men and women alike.

You can book each session as you wish to attend or book for the whole term, contact Natalee to discuss the package option. Casual lessons: $20
