From Chaos To Calm

With this six week online group program not only will you learn how to work meditation and mindfulness into your everyday life you will also be in a supportive group environment, receive individual guidance on how to map out an effective and sustainable mediation plan and you won't need to leave the house and find a babysitter to go.

All you need is access to the internet whether it is via a computer or your phone.

For six weeks you will learn how to:

# Utilize mindfulness to manage stress and anxiety

# Learn different ways to help yourself when you are feeling anxious and overwhelmed

# Look at how you can bring your personal values and beliefs more into your daily life to support you to live each day more in alignment with yourself

# Add loving kindness and forgiveness to your life

# Alternative meditations and relaxation techniques

# Support in putting together your individual meditation plan

Each week you will have new activities, easy to fit into your everyday life to practice each week and there is also a bonus online support of a private Facebook group for between our weekly Zoom sessions and tailored individual support to help you put into practice the tools learnt so you can live in a more peaceful and aligned life and support put together a meditation plan that works for you.

This group is starting on the 7th of October and runs for six weeks via Zoom, finishing on the 11th of November 2021.
