Welcome to Day 3 of Five Days of Mindfulness Meditation.

*Breathing Into The Tension.*

Today is Day 3 of 5 days of bringing mindfulness and presence into our daily life to support us to reduce and manage stress in the lead up to Christmas Day.

These practices can also be done anytime when you are feeling tense, overwhelmed and stressed.

Reflection Questions:

1. How did you feel at the start of this exercise? How did you feel at the end?

2. If no shift was observed, why might this have been? If a shift was observed, why might this have been?

3. What other ways might you be able to mindfully release any tension or tightness you experience?
